Estimate repair and renovation costs for a house, apartment or shop, by city and quality. Customers get a cost range. Technicians can build a quotation with their own rates.
How we calculate
Each work item has a low and high rate per unit for a Tier 1 city at Standard quality, covering material and labour. Your estimate = quantity x rate x city factor x quality factor. Contractor charges and a contingency buffer are optional extras. The labour and material split uses typical shares for each type of work.

How accurate is this estimate?
It is a rough range for planning. Real costs depend on the site, the material brand and the technician. Always get written quotes before you start.
Why does the city matter?
Labour and material costs are higher in metros than in smaller towns. The city option scales every rate up or down.
What does the quality option change?
Basic uses economy materials and finishes, Standard is a typical mid-range job, and Premium uses branded materials and better finishes.
Are contractor charges and a buffer included?
You can add both. Contractors often charge 10 to 15% for managing a project, and a 10% buffer covers surprises found during work.
